Check-in time: 03:00 PM to 09:00 PM (late check-in guests are requested to not make noise to disturb others).
Check-out time: 11:00 AM (Those who are leaving early for Kedarnath ji or any other sightseeing etc, will have to check-out at the time of leaving our premises).
Please provide original Aadhar Card or Passport at the time of check-in, not other Id is accepted.

In absence of main electricity supply, alternate power supply using diesel Generator is provided.
Generator powered electricity supply timings are:- 05:00 AM to 07:00 AM and 07:00 PM to 10:00 PM only.
Geysers and Room Heaters do not work on alternate power backup.

Room service is not available in our resort. Meals are served in dining hall only.
Only Tea & Coffee is served in the room.
Breakfast timings: 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Dinner timings: 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
Early check-out guests shall be provided with packed breakfast (Sandwich and Poha only).

Guest are requested to kindly behave nicely with the staff and management of the Resort, and not to misbehave with them.
Any kind of threat, forcing, abuse, showing power will be treated as offensive and reported to the Government Law authorities.

Guest are requested to use assets of the resort with care. Do not wipe lipstick, hair color, nail polish, food articles, greasy hands, footwear, luggage etc on towels and other linen (Tissues are provided in every room, use them); if found dirty at the time of check-out, kindly pay cash for it and take the article with you.
Any breakage, loss, theft of any of the asset / article will be charged in cash.

Please settle all your pending bills before check-out. In case the booking is done through a travel agent, check-out will be allowed only after the agent settles all dues.

In case of any complaint, please bring it in notice of the Front Office Manager and also do write us on kedarresorts@gmail.com with your booking details, check-in, check-out date, issue, name of our staff.
We assure you that we will act upon it, and will improve our services.

We do not have accommodation for the drivers. Only complimentary meals is served to Drivers in the covered sitting area outside the kitchen.
Paid accommodation is available in nearby guest houses at your own cost.

In case of any dispute / legal issue area of jurisdiction shall me court in Ukhimath (District- Rudraprayag, Uttarakhand) only.
